How long does shipping take? +
Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days. Expedited shipping (2-3 days) is available at checkout. Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping automatically.
What is your return policy? +
We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy. If you're not completely satisfied, simply contact us at support@bestfriendscomfort.com and we'll arrange a full refund or exchange.
Are your products safe for all pets? +
Yes. We carefully review every product for safety before listing it in our store. All food-related products use BPA-free, pet-safe materials. If you have specific concerns about a health condition, please consult your vet before purchasing.
How do I track my order? +
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email with a link to follow your package. You can also visit our order tracking page anytime.
Do you ship internationally? +
Currently we ship within the United States only. We are working on international shipping options and will announce when available. Sign up to our newsletter to be notified first.
Can I change or cancel my order? +
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. After that, they enter our fulfillment process. Please email us immediately at support@bestfriendscomfort.com if you need to make changes.
